We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage project details, and support our sales and production teams in ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing friendly and professional assistance. • Order Management: Assist customers with quotes, orders, and project status updates while maintaining accurate records. • Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Qualifications: • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a signage, print, or graphics-related industry. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems; we rely heavily on technology so you must be comfortable with computers. • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Compensation: $15.50 - $17.50 hourly
