What You’ll Do:
Scheduling: Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize scheduling appointments for efficiency and a positive customer experience.
Administrative Support: Willing to assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing homeowner packets, managing state reporting, and processing payments with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer Interaction: Address customer needs, and resolve complaints with professionalism and conscientiousness when handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Sales Support: Convert leads into appointments through your effective communication via phone, email, and speed-to-lead process and maximize sales opportunities. Maximize sales opportunities by following up on unsold proposals (compensation if you land the unsold sale), finalizing contracts, and generating additional leads through referrals.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and seamlessly transition between tasks as needed to meet demand
Strong communication skills, using professionalism in interactions with customers

$50,000/year + Benefits
