In this role, the Customer Experience Specialist collaborating with the Sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.     Job Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the sales team to provide best-in-class service to customers and distributors, including:

    • Providing customer service and sales support (pricing, PO processing and entry, sample requests, order status updates, documentation requests, etc.)
    • Acting as the central point of contact for customers across internal departments
    • Managing inbound sales inquiries and providing timely responses via email and telephone
    • Utilizing and maintaining the CRM system, recording pricing and customer interactions, and adding new customers and companies
    • Developing strong customer relationships and positioning the company as a trusted long-term business partner
    • Supporting revenue-driving outreach efforts, including sharing information on new products and following up on previous interest (pricing, samples, etc.)
    • Expanding business opportunities in both domestic and international markets
    • Negotiating sales offers (pricing, payment & shipping terms, allowances, volume deals, etc.)
    • Supporting business operations, organizational tasks, meeting scheduling, event planning, and travel arrangements
    • Assisting in distributing product samples and marketing materials to customers
    • Occasionally representing the company at trade shows, seminars, and events to prospect new customers and strengthen existing relationships
    • Preparing and delivering reports to management as needed

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
    • Experience in the nutraceutical, health, and wellness industry is required
    • A results-driven mindset with high energy and a desire to grow
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track and complete tasks efficiently
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a proactive, self-motivated approach
    • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
    • Experience working with international customers, vendors, distributors, or team members is strongly preferred
    • Experience in ingredient or material sales in nutritional & dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, snacks & beverages, beauty, personal care, or cosmetics
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based software, including MS Teams and Outlook
    • Multilingual abilities are a plus

    Compensation: $50,000-60,000
