Part-time Customer Experience Specialist $18/hour, flexible schedule, paid birthdays off This is a position where you can enjoy a company culture connected to your purpose and values. This role manages the all-important first impression and then keeps it going by maintaining relationships with our families.
Job Duties
Upon completing the training program, Customer Experience Specialists will be our main point of contact for our families and students throughout their time as part of our extended “swim family”
Setting up and take down the pool deck area before and after each shift
Assisting our parents with questions they have about their schedule and the progress of their children.
Supporting the aquatics team by being an active participant in the safety of our swimmers
Requirements
An enthusiastic, warm, but assertive personality who really loves talking to people and developing positive, friendly relationships
An understanding of the importance of sticking to a good structure and a willingness to enforce essential safety procedures and policies in a fun and gentle manner

Ability to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work
Must be able to work regularly on a weekend
Someone willing to cross train as a Swim Instructor when coverage is needed
