    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. You will be a key player in building and maintaining our vibrant community, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with our community, and utilizing various channels to grow our customer base.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide Exceptional Customer Service:

    Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

    Answer customer inquiries regarding products, events, and policies, both in-person and online.

    Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

    Community Engagement:

    Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.

    Actively participate in the TCG community.

    Customer Base Growth:

    Identify opportunities to attract new customers and expand our reach.

    Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services.

    Assist in the creation of promotional materials.

    Product Knowledge:

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and other TCG products as needed.

    Provide product recommendations and advice to customers.

    Stay informed of new releases and trends.

    Qualifications:

    Passion for Trading Card Games, particularly Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Reliable and punctual.

    Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
