    We are seeking an organized, reliable, and personable Customer Experience and Operations Specialist to join our team at Fully Promoted.

    At Fully Promoted, we offer comprehensive branding and promotional solutions, specializing in custom merchandise – specifically branded apparel and promotional products. We serve the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Reading areas, catering to a diverse range of industries, including first responders, medical, small businesses, construction and many more.

    We just completed an acquisition of a competitor and have grown sales significantly over the last 12 months. We recently renovated our showroom containing apparel and promotional product samples.

    The person in this role would represent our business to walk-in customers (2-5 per day). The primary responsibilities of this role would be to ensure all orders are processed, received, completed, fulfilled, and picked up in an efficient and effective manner. Additional responsibilities include:

    Developing an understanding of the branded apparel and promotional product industry including how to quote customers, order from vendors, work the POS system, and complete orders.

    Opening/closing of the store, organizing inventory if needed, and ensuring the store is orderly, clean, and fully operational. Products must be in the correct location, clean, and organized in an orderly fashion.

    Provide excellent customer service and products, quotes, or information as needed.

    Answer calls into the store during business hours. Promptly respond to all emails and voicemails received related to store business.

    Contact customers frequently to alert them of ready orders, order updates, etc. as needed.

    Order products from vendors.

    Receive products shipped to the store and ensure products are distributed to the proper next step for decoration.

    Monitoring sample levels and providing recommendations for samples or store presentation.

    This position is a 40 hour a week role, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Sales commission pay is available.

    Long-term, this person will grow their understanding of the industry and build a strong rapport with many of our customers to help them brand their business. We are a growing business and intend to be the leader in branded apparel and promotional products in Central PA. We only want people to join our team that share that goal.
