    Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Customer Loyalty and Sales Specialist to join our team in Kettering, OH. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and driving our sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries regarding family risk management in a timely and accurate manner.

    Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the customer's needs and delivering solutions.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.

    Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Stay informed about the latest industry trends and risk management solutions.

    Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through proactive communication.

    Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver suitable insurance solutions.

    Implement loyalty programs that enhance customer retention and engagement.

    Qualifications:

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.

    Multi-tasking, time management driven, and efficient.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Requirements:

    Possess OR obtain insurance licenses (property, casualty, and life) within 60 days.
