Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty. • Identify upselling opportunities during client interactions and promote additional services. Project Oversight: • Solve unique challenges creatively, leveraging production knowledge and industry research for efficient and cost-effective solutions. • Act as the liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. • Oversee production timelines, communicate with vendors, and confirm delivery schedules to meet deadlines. Operational Excellence: • Enter detailed job specifications and production-related data into the company’s proprietary CRM and order management system. • Prepare proposals, issue purchase orders, verify invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure financial accountability for purchased items. Vendor & Supplier Management: • Cultivate relationships with domestic and global vendors through clear, timely communication to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications: Required Experience & Skills: • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in apparel or promotional products. • Strong project management skills, particularly in premiums and apparel production. • Positive, helpful, and encouraging attitude. • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected challenges. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
