The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for serving as a liaison between customers and sales/service, working directly with customers in the store and on the phone.
§ Greet customers entering the store and assist them with appropriate product selection by providing expert advice aligned to their specific needs.
§ Assist with customer evaluations on all product lines and develop appropriate solutions to individual customer needs.
§ Create and follow-up on sales leads (both short and long term).
§ Work efficiently and effectively with customers to resolve any concerns or issues.
§ Assist in cultivating and expanding relationships with 3rd Party Payors – VA, DVR, Local PVA, Waiver Programs & MS/UCP/MDA.
§ Coordinate and follow each sales order from creation to completion.
§ Assist with all store activities, including scheduling, maintenance, and organization.
§ Answer inbound phone calls and if necessary, forward to the proper team member.
§ Filing client and vendor paperwork, as necessary.
§ Participate in all required training; keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
§ Refine and make more efficient sales and reporting processes.
§ Assist sales promotions with specific targeted ROI to effectively serve markets/demographics in need.
§ Attend and promote SpinLife at tradeshows and other community networking events, as necessary.
§ Work with necessary internal and external resources to order and receive product enabling jobs to be completed efficiently.
§ Adhere to all company policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Provide excellent customer service for all intern
§ al and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

§ High School Diploma/GED.
§ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
§ Multi-faceted skill set inclusive of technical knowledge and hands on product issue resolution.
§ Strong customer service skills.
§ Three (3) to five (5) years customer service in the mobility industry.
§ Self-starter, highly independent and responsible to results.
§ Compassion and empathy with customer base are a priority.
