Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. At Whisk, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch cleaning and customer service, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and associates. In this role, you will communicate, both in-office and out-in-the-field, with our local associates and customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great cleaning and customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive and produce a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, text messages, and emails on company devices
Identify the reason for the associate or customer’s correspondence; collect relevant information; and provide solutions
Visit customer sites to build longer lasting business relationships
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport with customers and associates
Document all customer interactions
Meet personal and team goals/quotas
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Clean driving record, as visiting customer sites will entail use of company vehicle
Previous experience as a Customer Relations Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in both English and Spanish is necessary to communicate with our diverse staff, associates, and clientele
Comfortable using computers and software, with knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred
Excellent writing, phone, and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Flexibility and adaptability are crucial qualities.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
