Customer Relationship Partner Job in Portland, OR

I am seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Partner for one of my top national clients with a footprint in Portland, OR.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts and ensuring that they are being supported in a manner that is in line with the expectations of the organization. This role is critical to the overall success of your zone on an ongoing basis.

You will work in partnership with the Sales Team to ensure that all ongoing client service objectives are met.

Essential Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account or accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and related equipment.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation.
• Manages all follow-up client contact.
• Obtains all required documentation for orders, service scheduling and billing/payment.
• Contacts customers to confirm orders and communicates on any financial obligations before referral for delivery/service scheduling.
• Assesses customer’s needs and promotes company products/services at regular visits to office as appropriate.
• Resolve customer issues in a proactive manner.
• Assists stakeholders and groups to understand the products and services available under the contracts.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required

• At least 2 years of related experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Must be geographically located within the assigned territory.
• Must Poses a Valid Driver’s License
