About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries

Assist with membership sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Availability to work mornings from 6am-12pm and weekends
