About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Shakopee, MN. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our members during weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in members as they enter the facility

Assist with new member sign-ups and provide tours of the facility

Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Assist with basic member account and billing inquiries

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and data entry skills

Positive and friendly attitude
