What You’ll Do We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable, and organized CARE Program Manager to lead client communications, track updates, and plan meaningful client experiences. You will be the face of our CARE Program, working closely with both clients and attorneys to deliver excellent ongoing service. Responsibilities: • Serve as the main contact for CARE Program clients • Promptly return phone calls and emails, and document all interactions • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals • Meet with clients to update financial and family information • Collaborate with attorneys to provide clear and accurate client answers • Plan and execute client appreciation and educational events • Draft and send newsletters, updates, and marketing communications via Constant Contact • Maintain up-to-date client records in Excel and our CRM Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer retention or marketing • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to manage customer databases and calendars effectively • Experience with lead generation strategies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Compensation: $17.50 - $19 hourly
