Customer Sales Representative:
We’re seeking experienced and ambitious Customer Sales Representatives who are commission-driven and eager to drive sales here at Freight Wizards. As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the single point of contact between our Customers and our Carrier Sales Team. You'll be expected to acquire new customers by quoting each shipment and cooperating with our internal Carrier Sales Team to help build your Book of Business. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Verify and understand customer needs by being confident with inquiry about business opportunities.
Communicate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.
Proactively make 100 plus daily calls to find, close, and establish growing relationships with customers to drive sales from the ground up by negotiating with shippers and cooperate with our team to manage daily shipments.
What We Need From You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary to be a successful Customers Sales Representative.
2 years of sales experience
Be on time, 7:00 AM!
Must be hungry with a sense of urgency and the determination to fight to drive sales, thus be harder working and more disciplined than anyone you know
Be Coachable
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be agile and handle conflicts professionally.
An obsession for success, order, and great customer service
Organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Minimum 2 years of Customer Sales experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Schedule:
