ABC Termite and Pest Control is looking for someone who can be a team player, have an outgoing and professional personality, who is highly motivated, reliable and has a positive attitude.
Full time opening- Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour with the potential for an increase after 90 days.
Benefits: A full benefits package is offered after 30 days of employment: health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Supplemental accident and critical illness insurance are also available. 401K and profit-sharing benefits are available after 1 year of employment.
Job description:
Duties Include: Answer incoming customer calls, as well as professionally respond to client emails and text messages. Scheduling appointments, processing service orders and payments, invoicing customers, setting up new customer accounts and scheduling estimates. Additional tasks as needed.
Administrative and/or Customer Service experience recommended but we are willing to work with the right candidate.
Prefer experience with web-based software and customer service over the phone.
Must be willing to undergo a background check.
