    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Accounting Support professional. This role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships while providing vital support to our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be able to balance customer interactions with accurate and timely accounting assistance.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
    • Assist customers with product or service information, order status, and general inquiries.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Accounting Support:
    • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
    • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
    • Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Prepare and distribute financial reports as required.
    • Assist with data entry and maintaining organized accounting files.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or accounting support role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
