    Uniflex of America is looking for a motivated, reliable individual that will work as a Customer Service/Admin Assistant in the Schaumburg IL area. This person will process orders as well as perform administrative duties and will report to the General Manager and the Operations Manager.

    Primary Responsibilities and Duties

    Help customers order and return products including:

    • Purchase order review and processing

    • Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing

    • QuickBooks maintenance for warehouse locations, part listing and price entry/updates

    • Monitor order deliveries from suppliers and update customers and sales team with expected ship dates

    Help General Manager with administrative duties including:

    • Scan, attach, file documents

    • Update information in CRM system

    • Update, maintain various spreadsheets

    • Assist with various accounting duties

    • Order and pickup lunches weekly

    • Keep office and kitchen clean and stocked

    • Other duties as needed

    Help Service Department with administrative duties including:

    -Research and book travel accommodations for team members

    -Research and contact customers in targeting areas to maximize travel visit efficiency

    -Assist with making, delivering and following up on quotations for spare parts and other basic tooling

    Qualifications and Skills

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 2 years experience a plus

    • High School diploma required

    • Knowledge in Word and Teams

    • Intermediate level knowledge of Excel

    • Some working experience with QuickBooks a plus

    • Good communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to problem solve and have critical thinking skills

    • Valid driver’s License and transportation

    Hours: M-F 8am – 5pm
