Responsibilities: • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
