Responsibilities: • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Maintain professional contact with existing customers, walk-in customers, and new inquiries via telephone, email, and website. This includes sending and receiving proofs to/from clients and specifying the requested changes, if any • Provide consultative and administrative support to sales staff with a positive and goal-oriented outlook • Prepare and process estimates, work orders, and invoices promptly from information obtained from customers and re-order files. This includes accurately communicating detailed specifications and requirements for new and repeat orders to production staff • Communicate effectively and efficiently with industry vendors while processing subcontracted orders • Answer telephone and greet customers visiting the office with a cheerful, positive attitude • Assist in Bindery, Finishing, and Shipping departments as needed • Maintain customer job-ticket files and perform other clerical duties and hand-work as needed Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Minimum 2 years experience working in customer service at a printing company with a good understanding of the offset printing process and the digital printing process • Knowledge and understanding of the SIgnage, Exhibit, and Display Industry • Proficiency with computer estimating and management software (Corebridge) • Proficiency with computer skills and aptitude with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Stamina and capacity to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Bindery, Finishing and Shipping experience • Extensive use of Outlook email, strong email organizational skills, and ability to track and respond in a timely manner Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
