Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting website and login issues • Account upkeep and maintenance • Assisting Individuals with pricing and booking their domestic and international bookings over the phone of all types (hotels, condos, car rental, airfare, cruises, packaged tours, etc.) • Handling escalated calls • Booking Modifications Qualifications: • Tier 1 or Tier 2 customer support • Handling escalated calls • Travel Booking experience • Account Maintenance • Basic Troubleshooting knowledge • Sales experience a plus, but not mandatory Compensation: $600 per week
