You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities: • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Compensation: $45,000 - $74,000 yearly
