    Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities: • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization • Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available • Validate client insurance coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance documents • Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed • Previous customer service experience required for this position • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Compensation: $45,000 - $74,000 yearly
