Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries.
Provide support to the agronomy department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with crop planning.
Provide support to the feed department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with farm planning.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use of agricultural supplies.
Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, and conducting regular stock checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of agronomy principles and agricultural products.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and Intuit Quickbooks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and cooperative attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture a plus.
