We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team at Nexmos Design. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, handling requests, and ensuring all customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive to detail, and have a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and design processes.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the design team to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in administrative tasks and office management as needed.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude with a focus on providing a great customer experience.
