You’ll be responsible for assisting our agents, supporting the growth initiatives of the office and providing an exemplary customer experience. You're the smiling face our agents see when they come in, and the first impression future agents and clients get at the front desk. You handle the phones, customer inquiries and direct everyone to where they need to be. • Onboard newly licensed agents and agents coming from other brokerages into the company to the KW systems so they can hit the ground running. • Become the KW tech expert! Train existing and new agents on how to use our company-provided technology. • Support our Team Leader in growth efforts, including setting appointments and hosting/ speaking at career events. • Manage and grow social media platforms. • Must be flexible! We are a growing company and it can be expected that the role and responsibilities will evolve as we grow. • This is an in-person, on site position. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Reliability is a must. Qualifications: • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Able to navigate new technology quickly and then teach it to others. • Enjoy engaging with followers on social media- Instagram & Facebook mostly. Compensation: 19 - 21 hourly
