JOB DESCRIPTION
Barron Swim School Customer Service Staff will provide the highest level of customer hospitality to our families. Customer Service Staff handle tours, enrollments, payments, gift shop sales, communication with families, and more. Barron Staff uphold our image of the cleanest facilities and the friendliest people.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep safety foremost for all families
Smile, be welcoming, have good body language, and be outgoing
Use established procedures to handle all check-in, family, class, and payment needs
Utilize various computer programs, including: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Social Media, and a class management database
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our customer areas as needed during shifts in between professional cleanings
Take direction from mentors and leaders
Be a team player
Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and familiarity for each family's needs.
