Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Shrewsbury, MO

Clipper Tree Service is currently seeking applicants for a full-time customer service position. We are a full-service Tree Care company and have been doing business in the St. Louis area for over 15 years. We are a customer oriented service business so this position is of great importance to the organization. Responsibilities of the job:

• You are the first point of contact as you handle company communication throughout the day thru phone and email
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• You will collaborate throughout the day with with co-workers to provide best experience to customers
• General admin support including; data entry, billing, mailing, filing, customer follow-up, scheduling appointments, etc.

Qualifications of the job:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A lot of collaboration with co-workers but this is mostly independent work so need someone with enough self-discipline to do there job without supervision
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Manage your time efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs
• Be positive every day, be professional every day
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Quickbooks experience would be a plus
