Job description

As a Customer Service Concierge at Gem Mazda, you will work in a fast-paced environment along with:

· Answer the phone to assist customers in making appointments.

· Make outgoing calls to customers from Mazda's call list.

· Prepare appointments for the following day with all the needed information.

· Reminder call to customers the day before their appointments.

· Follow-up with our customers after their service.
