We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team to provide knowledgeable recommendations about our services to clients and to work closely with the Service Manager. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, with sincere interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Construction type Business.

on-site Responsibilities
- Assessing clients needs
- Explaining to clients how our services can resolve their issue
- Resolve service issues that arise
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Scheduling Appointments
- Working closely with the Service Manager to finalize scheduling
- Maintain and track clients service records through our POS software
- Staying Current on our services offered and pricing policies
Requirements
- Confident communicator
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Strong work ethic
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn various software
- Proven ability to work on a team
- Creative problem solving
Education
HS Diploma and
2 Years College or
Some College and Experience
