    We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team to provide knowledgeable recommendations about our services to clients and to work closely with the Service Manager. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, with sincere interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Construction type Business.

    Full-time on-site Responsibilities

    • Assessing clients needs
    • Explaining to clients how our services can resolve their issue
    • Resolve service issues that arise
    • Answering phone calls and emails
    • Scheduling Appointments
    • Working closely with the Service Manager to finalize scheduling
    • Maintain and track clients service records through our POS software
    • Staying Current on our services offered and pricing policies

    Requirements

    • Confident communicator
    • At least 1 year experience in customer service or related field
    • Strong work ethic
    • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn various software
    • Proven ability to work on a team
    • Creative problem solving

    Education

    HS Diploma and 2 Years College or Some College and Experience
