    Customer Service Coordinator – Join the Transportation Revolution!

    We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Fort Collins, CO location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and booking various transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT, and public transit trips using multiple systems such as Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System. You'll also ensure accurate documentation and coordination of all trip details and activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide courteous and professional service to drivers, staff, and customers.
    • Book Dial-a-Ride trips, Greeley Evans Transit trips, NEMT trips, and other special accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Log detailed trip information in the relevant systems (Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, MTI Tel Op).
    • Monitor reports and perform daily reservation checks to ensure all bookings are accurate.
    • Handle weather-related adjustments, accident reporting, and shopping vehicle trips as needed.
    • Manage account-specific trips and ensure proper documentation.
    • Ensure all necessary communication is carried out with drivers and staff regarding trip details and updates.

    Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50 per hour
