In this role, you will be responsible for managing and booking various transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT, and public transit trips using multiple systems such as Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System. You'll also ensure accurate documentation and coordination of all trip details and activities.
