Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and pricing

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience in a salon or similar environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Familiarity with salon booking software is a plus
