Local candidates only. This position works out of Everett, Washington office and travels to client sites within 35 miles of the office, daily.
Our client is an established award-winning security system industry leader, installing and monitoring “Best-in-Class” security systems.
As a Customer Support Field Service Agent for schools , you will work with their school key accounts, traveling to client sites on a rotating basis to ensure their needs are met. As a trained expert of our client’s products, this position ensures that clients work comfortably with their security technologies. You would communicate with your accounts over the phone, via email and in-person. The ideal candidate will work with the internal team to reduce customer roadblocks and encourage customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with current school clients performing proactive client calls and customer service visits.
- Review, implement and follow-up on requests from clients and your internal team of Service, Accounting, Verification Center and Data Center professionals.
- Review incident reports daily, follow-up with clients to determine the cause, and respond with appropriate action to prevent further false alarms, including training and/or system service.
- Provide initial and ongoing training, support and education to clients on systems and usage.
- Update databases regarding client calls and visits, follow-up on client requests, cancellation information, and incident follow-up.

- You have a driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and a driving record that won’t scare our client’s insurance company (clients are within 35 miles of the Everett office)
- You can successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening including Cannabis
** You’ll Receive**
Hourly compensation between $21-23, plus bonuses .
