Fully Promoted is looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers, providing support, preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling some fulfillment duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable with sales and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Assist customers via phone, email, and in person with inquiries, quotes, and orders.

Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.

Process orders accurately and efficiently.

Follow up with customers on quotes and outstanding orders.

General Duties:

Stay knowledgeable about products and pricing.

Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience in sales, customer service, or order fulfillment is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills (experience with order processing systems preferred).
