    Job Description:

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will assist our customer service team in managing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Job Schedule:

    Monday to Friday

    8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

    Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and other related inquiries.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services.

    Maintain and update customer records in our database.

    Help resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

    Support the customer service team with various administrative tasks as needed.

    Provide tracking and tracing support for our carrier partners.

    Qualifications:

    Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
