Ventek Solutions is adding a new role within our Customer Service team that will be responsible for the centralized invoicing process. The position will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based at our corporate offices located on Daniel Island in Charleston, South Carolina.
Ongoing Job Duties Include:
- Process Daily Invoice Register for all plants.
- Send daily invoices to customers (email and portal uploading)
- Tech Center/Tool Shop Invoicing
- Scrap Material Invoicing
- Invoice process management
- Manage Billing Dispute Log and Chargebacks Report
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Associates degree (preferred), or High School Diploma with 5+ years experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on strong Excel capabilities
- Effective communicator, verbal and written. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and members of the Ventek team
- Displays initiative and critical thinking skills
- Process-focused – ability to share ideas on improving processes and adhere to operating procedures
- Ability to quickly learn and work within multiple ERP systems
- Must be authorized to work in the US
