    Del Sol Furniture & Mattress is seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual Customer Service Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling customer service issues within the furniture retail sector. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.

    Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.

    Provide training and ongoing support to customer service representatives to maintain a high standard of service.

    Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

    Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

    Collaborate with the sales, delivery, and product teams to address customer needs and streamline processes.

    Ensure timely follow-up with customers to maintain positive relationships and resolve outstanding issues.

    Manage escalations and ensure issues are addressed promptly to meet customer satisfaction.

    Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

    Qualifications:

    Fluent Bilingual Spanish and English

    Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience in the furniture retail industry.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

    Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    High level of empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.

    This is an in office position in Central Phoenix.

    Full Time

    $20 to $30 an hour with opportunity for bonuses

    Flexible Schedule

    8 Hour or 10 hour shifts

    Monday to Friday
