    Our client is currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual to manage inbound calls and scheduling duties within the office.

    Job Description:

    This position will be the first point of contact for their customers, handling inquiries through calls, emails, texts, and in-person visits. This role involves scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person.
    • Schedule and confirm service appointments, coordinating with service technicians.
    • Properly dispatch multiple technicians
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service appointments.
    • Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed.
    • Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth service.

    Experience:

    • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
    • Computer experience and proficiency in customer service tools and database

    Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
