Job Description:
This position will be the first point of contact for their customers, handling inquiries through calls, emails, texts, and in-person visits. This role involves scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, coordinating with service technicians.
- Properly dispatch multiple technicians
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service appointments.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed.
- Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth service.
Experience:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience
- Computer experience and proficiency in customer service tools and database
Must be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
