As a Customer Service Manager, you oversee all customer activities to ensure procedures and processes are followed, that the customer request is completely understood with the least amount of back and forth. • This position requires a calculated and thoughtful person who isn't afraid to dig in and help their team get the work done. • You have an eye for quality, and doing things right matters to you. • You have an outgoing personality, and you are urgent about your work; getting the most done in a day is important to you. • You're a great communicator, and you like people. • You prefer a fast-paced environment with responsibility and accountability and have the confidence to accomplish great things. • You are a resourceful and helpful person with an amazing attitude. Responsibilities: • Ensure workload is distributed to cthe ustomer service team, and all customers are receiving proper communication • Ensures that communication is efficient and concise, providing clarity and professionalism to the customer • Oversees all orders and ensures a timely movement to production • Trains CSRs on processes & procedures, works with owners to continually improve communication and systems • Works with prepress and production as a customer representative to ensure an on-time, high-quality outcome • Embrace and maximize the utilization of technology to create the best possible customer experience Qualifications: • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with the ability to correctly manage difficult conversations • Bachelor degree preferred • 5+ years of customer service leadership experience is preferred • 5 to 10 years of customer experience • Experience in the print industry is highly preferred • A desire to serve people is required • A ,no-drama positive attitude is a must Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
