In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless client experience, managing intake, scheduling, billing, and follow-ups with professionalism and care. Responsibilities: ✔ Answer and direct client calls, pre-screen potential clients, and manage the intake process.✔ Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring the attorney’s calendar is fully booked and organized.✔ Follow up on overdue payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.✔ Guide new clients through intake, collecting necessary forms and documents before meetings.✔ Reduce appointment no-shows by sending reminders and implementing scheduling best practices.✔ Maintain organized records in the firm’s CRM, billing, and scheduling software.✔ Provide a seamless client experience, ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to consultation. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a law office setting • Strong Microsoft Office Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively • Highly organized and detail-oriented • US work authorization and a high level of professionalism Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
