The MVMT Team at Compass, a New York-based real estate company, is growing and looking for a results-driven CRM Manager. Responsibilities: • CRM & data management to ensure accurate reports, listings data and advertisements • Assist in creating and updating KPIs, policies and operation standards • Manage KPIs and making sure everybody is hitting the goal • Prepare progress report of the team • Administrative needs like managing the team's calendar, schedules, and more Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of utilizing Follow Up Boss to drive results • Advanced proficiency in Follow Up Boss, including in-depth knowledge of its features, functionalities, and integrations • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation: $16 - $25 hourly
