    Position: Customer Service Manager

    Location: Grand Rapids, MI

    The Customer Service Manager for our client functions as a professional who will help to build positive and cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers in a manufacturing environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Prioirtize responsibilies using analytical thinking and asseritive follow ups with all appropriate parties

    • Daily retrieval and entry of customer sales orders, entering production shift reports and daily update on product releases into the ERP system

    • Accurately and efficently monitor sales order requirements daily

    • Communicate directly and efficiently with all customers and Plant Manager

    • Monitor open order report and on-hand inventory

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • 2 years quality experience in OEM manufacturing
