    Job Description

    We are an established 40-year company specializing in Travel & Leisure products to Hotels, Resorts, Airports and Attractions looking for a dedicated energetic Customer Service account manager.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Provide high level of Service for New and existing customers

    · Data entry

    · Responding to customers needs.

    Requirements:

    · ENERGENIC

    · 3+ years customer service

    · HUNGRY & PASSIONATE TO GROW

    · Bilingual is a plus

    · High level of Professionalism, Motivation, Initiative

    · Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    · SAP software experience a plus

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Superior organization and time management abilities

    · Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment

    · Detail oriented and professional demeanor

    · Positive energy, can-do attitude, and team player

    · Able to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday on location in Pompano Beach

    · Resourceful, adaptable and strong willingness to learn

    · Must be able work independently and take directions well

    Compensation:

    $20 - 30 per hour starting salary depending on experience
