    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    As a Team Manager with The Featherstone Agencies, you will generate the kind of exceptional leadership & client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your accountability & attention to detail, sales, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving complex customer inquiries, coordinating & leading other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the Agency's goals and the Team Members you support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Report Directly to the Agency Owners

    First point of contact for the Account Managers and the Director of First Impressions (DOFI)

    Oversee the Account Managers and their daily operations.

    Develop and implement Account Managers policies and procedures.

    Handle escalated customer complex issues.

    Train and mentor Team Members individually & collectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Property and Casualty license (must have prior to consideration)

    Life and Health license (must have prior to consideration)

    Insurance Agency Experience

    Proven Managerial, Sales, & Customer Service experience

    Strong leadership courage and organizational skills.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
