Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone & chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Axiom Global Solutions’ products and services to effectively address customer needs.
• Document customer interactions and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred)
• Proven experience in customer service or related field (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
