Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service certifications preferred
