Job Responsibilities
Receive Phone Calls and Office Visitors
Review and Process Client Changes, Additions, Revisions, Cancelations, Payments
Proactively Schedule Annual Professional Insurance Reviews
Keep Record of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Inquiries, and Comments
Administer and Adhere to Agency Practices and Procedures
Quote preparation and gathering information for final review
Maintain Agency Database & Assist in Marketing Campaigns
Job Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
Must have Property and Casualty insurance license
Must be detail oriented and able to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
Demonstrates Professional Demeanor
Excellent Phone Communication Skills Required
Manage Agency Correspondence Including Email, Fax, and Mail
Previous Customer Service Experience Required
Must have solid PC Skills, Basic Math Skills, and Strong Analytical Capability
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Must be comfortable with web-based software applications
