    Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

    ( Employment term: February 10th - May 15th)

    As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll use your professionalism, positivity, and solution-oriented mindset to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and satisfying.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with efficiency and care.
    • Use your detective skills to uncover customer needs through effective questioning and provide tailored solutions.
    • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues like damaged or missing items.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
    • Stay calm, friendly, and professional in all customer communications—even during busy times.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
    • Keep up-to-date with our latest sales campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
    • Understand and explain product features, shopping cart options, and price sheets to customers.

    What We're Looking For

    • A customer-first attitude with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eagerness to learn new software or systems.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Experience navigating computer networks and adapting to new technologies.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
    • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
