What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with efficiency and care.
- Use your detective skills to uncover customer needs through effective questioning and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues like damaged or missing items.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Stay calm, friendly, and professional in all customer communications—even during busy times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with our latest sales campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Understand and explain product features, shopping cart options, and price sheets to customers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
