Advanced Online is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! The Customer Service Representative acts as the liaison between customers and the company, processes orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfills needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Successful applicants are responsible, self-motivated and confident, and willing to take initiative to improve current practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound emails in a timely fashion
- Assist wit placements of orders, refunds, and resolves complaints to fulfill customer needs
- Communicate to department supervisor for any special requests made by customers regarding their purchase order or shipping method
- Assisting team lead and department manager with any additional tasks when applicable
- Actively engage in safety programs
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to type +40 words per minute and take a typing test upon on site interview selection
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively & productively with limited supervision.
- Good judgment and the ability to make timely, sound decisions based on policies & procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to work onsite daily in our Coppell, Texas facility.
