Customer Service Rep (CSR) In Office Job
About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration Corporate. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. Must be energetic and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist customers with scheduling appointments and service requests
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
