Growing insurance agency is looking for a full-time customer service representative. A strong base pay and paid training is offered.

Seeking a customer service person who enjoys building relationships and maintaining business with existing customers.

Job responsibilities of this role include (but not limited to):

Answering customer phone calls

Taking customer billing payments and claims

Making updates to customers policies

Quoting: new business, changes

Following up with customers

Must be licensed prior to start date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
